Terms of service

Commercial and Regular Cleaning Services

Welcome to Dial a Cleaner! On our offerings are a range of cleaning services such as Instant cleaner pro, regular cleaner, and commercial cleaning and a truckload of support services. We charge moderately, £8 to £10, for each professional cleaner per hour. All customers are required to enter and sign up a Cleaning Service Agreement with Dial a Cleaner. Please note that we do not accept less than 3 hours engagement of our services at any one time. Except an agreement states the contrary, all our value customers are expected to provide a complete task list and thus the cleaning materials, which must be safe, and in proper working conditions. Additional service charge applies to any cleaning materials purchased by Dial a Cleaner on behalf and on the request of the customer. There is an extra charge of £10 in any event involving going outside of the original postal code where cleaning task is to be carried out by any of our cleaners specifically for the purpose of key collection.

For the avoidance of doubt or any misunderstanding that may arise thereof, our professional cleaners are to provide cleaning and ironing services only. Also, we do provide an estimate of how long it would take to complete a piece of work, however, the customer must understand that in as much as such could be regarded as an educated guess; it is a mere estimate and thus a degree of flexibility is required.

End of tenancy cleaning

The initial quotation for a piece of work may change following any change in service demand by a customer. Such difference in the region of 11% or more must be discussed with the client before and not after the work. Cleaning of curtains, walls, ceilings, exterior windows, carpet cleaning, balconies, patios, removing and rearranging drawers and cleaning up of bookshelves and other cleaning work such as washing and cleaning of cutlery are not included in service price and as such any of the above services attracts an extra charge. As stated earlier, some other additional work such as collection of keys outside the postal code where work is to be carried out attracts an extra £10. After Builders Cleaning work always get 30% standards End of Tenancy cleaning quote.

Carpet Cleaning

Dial a Cleaner charge customers £50 for all carpet cleaning jobs. Nonetheless, this price is subject to change depending on client location. Collection of keys by our professional cleaners outside the postal code where work is to be carried out would cost the client an additional sum of £10.

Payment

All outstanding balances for cleaning services carried out (except regular domestic and office cleaning) are payable by cash, debit/credit card or cheque made payable to Dial a Cleaner upon completion of the job on the day of the service. If paying by cheque, a cheque guarantee card is required and the customer will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.

For an ‘Instant Cleaner Pro’ booking or an initial work/interview ‘Regular Cleaner’ booking, the charges as follows: £10 per hour and the minimum booking is 2.5 hours. At the request of the service, the credit card will be pre authorised for a £25 pounds. In the instance if customer needs more hours, additional charges will apply upon completion of the job on the day of the service in the cleaner records book and keep track  in your account. In the instance of disagreement, Dial a Cleaner shall provide a client with all records.

Regular Cleaner: Upon successful completion of initial work/interview customer can chose a cleaner as a regular cleaner and the hourly rates will drop to £8 per hour, and will be bill by card or direct debit quarterly. The minimum contract term is 3 months.

Claims

All our professional cleaners are highly trained, however, in the event of an accident all our cleaners are under the protection of our employer’s liability insurance known as the Treatment Risk, in excess to £250. We urge our customers to report any complaints within 24 hours form the service date. Beyond this time, Dial a Cleaner cannot be held responsible, in whatsoever way, for any theft or damages. All inventory check must be carried out in less than 24 hours from the time of completion for the job.

Cancellation of Appointment

Regular domestic Cleaning, Office Cleaning

Any request for cancellation of appointment, by a customer, must reach Dial a Cleaner at least 24 hours in advance. Whole service can be terminated  by giving 2 weeks advance notice.

Refund Policy

We at Dial a Cleaner value our esteem customers, which is why we do not only provide services that ensure extreme customer satisfaction, but also offer a 30-day money back guarantee on any of our services. All cancellation/ refund requests for reoccurring purchases must be made after the first 30 days of service and such demand must be clearly relayed to Dial a Cleaner by phone, email, or post and must reach our office within a 30-day period.

Our clients are important to us; however, a guarantee is only acceptable after due and proper investigation after which the client in question must not have breached any section of our terms and conditions of service.

Appendix

By ordering Dial a Cleaner’s service by telephone,email, fax or via our site the customer has agreed to have read and understand  Dial a           Cleaner’s terms and conditions .

The relevant United Kingdom law shall govern these terms and conditions, and by agreeing to be bound by them, the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.

Dial a Cleaner reserves the exclusive right make any changes to terms and conditions herein without any notice.
