How it works

1. Log in to your account or register if you haven’t already.

2. Click the ‘regular cleaner’ service.

3. Enter your postal code.

4. Our automated booking platform will perform an immediate search for regularly available cleaners in your Area.

5. From the list of available cleaners in your area, you can choose one and have two second choices.

6. Agree to the terms of the contract and enter the first date of the meeting.

7. Proceed to checkout and submit an agreement (the contract length is 12 months).

8. Make an order and pay the company fee (payable by credit card or direct debit in quarterly or early instalments)

9. You will receive confirmation by phone or email (which ever you prefer) and our cleaner will attend your premises on the agreed time/date.

10. When the cleaner arrives at your premises for the first time, please verify additional attendance times if any is stated on the agreement / terms.

11. From then You will pay your cleaner directly at a rate of £7 an hour.

*If you decide to change anything – don’t worry, you are still able to take the same cleaner with you, or if you are moving to a different area, we will find a replacement for you. All you have to do is keep your account details and inform the company of changes if any, so your account will be updated. Also you can update your account yourself by logging in to ‘my account’ area.

*You can terminate the contract at any given moment by informing the company before the next direct debit payment is due and you will not be charged for the next term. For customer satisfaction, there is no termination fee applicable.

*The company fee is £199 a year, payable in quarterly charges of £49.74 by direct debit or credit card, and £99 for subsequent years.

What’s included in the fee:

1. A fully trained expert cleaner guaranteed to be able to work at the times your wish and to your convenience. Their job is to satisfy you.

2. A free £50 worth goody bag, loaded with green cleaning products, delivered to you at the first meeting. (note- this offer is only free if you pay the full company fee(£199) in advance)

3. The ability to change cleaner as many times as you like at no charges
